My name is Richard and as a former high school and college, cross country and track runner I’ve put a lot of mileage on my legs.
As I hit my mid-thirties, I started to suffer from joint pain in my lower body. Combined with my bouts of insomnia I was a miserable human being. I researched and tried numerous products, nothing really working well, until I found this natural product from the nopal cactus.
I feel great now and have started getting back into running, something I have always loved to do. I just started to train for one of the toughest endurance tests in the country called the Mt. Baldy Run To The Top.
The race is approximately 8 miles long with a grueling 4,000 foot elevation gain. The starting line begins around 6,000 feet in The Angeles National Forest, with the finish line on the summit of Mt. Baldy at 10,064 feet elevation.
