There are many cactus juice drink options to choose from in the marketplace today. In addition to cactus drinks there are a number of other creations that people have come up with using the juice from cactus; including things like sunblock applications to bug repellent.
Of all the cactus drinks that I have sampled over the years I would have to say that the nopal juice from Trivita, called Nopalea is my favorite.
They harvest their cactus from the Sonoran Desert and because of the harsh climate it is rich in betalains, which are powerful antioxidants that help fight inflammation within your body.

Arizona Cactus Ranch is another company that specializes in making cactus juice drink options for its consumers. They have 4, 12, 16, and 32 ounce cactus juice nectar bottles to choose from, and their cost per serving is about .30 cents.
In addition, they have prickly pear fruit jam, sweetened with apple juice, with no sugar added.
I like the fact that this company has made it one of their missions to create products that don’t have any added sugar, preservatives, chemicals, or any type of fillers added. If you’ve never tried cactus juice before, then order a small 4 ounce bottle and get your feet wet.
Other Nopal Cactus Juice Drink Choices
There are a number of smaller cactus juice drink companies that sell their wares online. Nopal Eye sells their nopal prickly pear cactus juice concentrate via Amazon, but I have never tried them, so buyer beware.
There is a product called Nopal 100 Red Juice that sells via Ebay and Amazon, but hence it is another product that I am not familiar with. If you stick to some of the major cactus juice producers, then you shouldn’t have a problem receiving the benefits of cactus juice.
Just make sure that any company you buy from uses natural ingredients and doesn’t fill their products with unhealthy ingredients.
Trivita, which makes Nopalea naturally sweetens their cactus juice product with agave nectar and Prickly Pear Products recommends you dilute the concentrate with apple juice.
